Venturer Company (Age 15-17) 
Developing life skills to climb the mountain of their goals and reach their personal summit, Venturers aged 15-17 embark on greater expeditions and acquire real-world experiences that prepare them for future success. Venturer Scouts is an opportunity for youth to explore their potential and ambition in an inclusive environment, forging friendships with others who share their passion to “Climb Higher”. Opening the door to exciting, real-life, hands-on experiences and outdoor adventures, Venturer Scouts learn to nurture an active and healthy lifestyle. With Scouts Canada’s Youth-led programming, Venturer Scouts put leadership and teamwork into play by running as a Company with the guidance of their advisors.

深資童軍支部 (15 – 17 歲 )
深資童軍支部在各方面給予15至17歲之成員鼓勵及機會，輔以一個有進度性之獎章計劃，以自治和自務為本去進行自我挑戰的活動與訓練，學習自立自律的精神及策劃組織能力，以延續在小童軍、幼童軍及童軍三個支部所施行之遞進式訓練，激勵深資童軍矢志向上，使能成為有為之青年，為未來成為童軍領袖而做好準備。
